Tom Seghers

Tom Seghers has been closely involved in the development of Ceres Belgium from the beginning. After studying bio-engineering at Gent University, he gained vast experience in project development and sales, mainly in Europe, but also in other parts of the world.

Tom has extensive knowledge of the various production processes within the food and agri industry. He speaks fluently Dutch, French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.

He is an inquisitive person and in 2017 he graduated as an executive MBA.Tom is an empathic and committed person who achieves the right results in an efficient and correct manner. His focus is on placing the right talent at the right place.
